LONDON, Kentucky — Two individuals were arrested this week and charged with trafficking methamphetamine.
The Laurel County Sheriff Department reported that four deputies arrested two individuals early in the morning, Nov. 4.
The arrests were the result of a drug investigation conducted there after deputies found the subjects in possession of 3.37 grams of crystal meth and a set of digital scales.
Deborah Delane Asher, age 37, and Richard Jeffrey Rice. age 57, were both charged with first degree, first offense of trafficking in a controlled substance.
Asher is the one seen wearing the “I heart Crystal Meth” t-shirt in the picture, which was posted on the Laurel County Sheriff’s Department Facebook page.
Clearly, with the ways of the internet, said post has created a viral Internet reaction.
