ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A father plans to add more lighting, and a motion sensor to keep his family safe, after a person was found spying into his home.

The Orange County father noticed something while he was mowing the lawn, according to a report byWFTV. He spotted a bald spot in the grass, under the window to a bedroom his two daughters, ages 8 and 11, share.

That night the father says he found a man outside the window, using a cinder-block to get a better view.

He said  the suspect, described as around six foot tall, ran and hopped a neighbor’s fence.

The father said he is upset by the thought of how many times the person must have visited for their to be a bald spot in the grass.

Now he doesn’t want the kids to practice their gymnastics outside.

Fingerprints were taken, according to deputies. Deputies also said they found a white napkin with DNA on it.

“It’s disgusting, it’s vile, it’s disgusting, there is no place in society for people like this,” said a neighbor. Another neighbor said he was just shocked.

“We’ve had two new neighbors, in the past 20 years,” he said, everyone knows one another.
