RICHMOND, Va. — A Richmond man was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder in connection to a double homicide.
Police arrested Rashard S. Cutler, 21, of Woodhaven Drive, on Monday night.
Police said Cutler was involved in the October 19 triple shooting at a house party on Westover Hills Boulevard.
Elijah D. Gee, 24, of Red Oak Lane and Antonio M. Sherman, 18, of Lynchburg, died in the shooting.
A 19-year-old woman was also shot, but she survived.
“Detectives believe the shootings stemmed from an argument at a party, and are following up on several leads,” Richmond Police wrote in an email.
