RICHMOND, Va - William Thornton, Association Director of Wellness for YMCA of Greater Richmond, visited the studio to share all of the benefits of the YMCA’s ‘Fall Into Fitness’ Program. Through November 6th, YMCA’s around the Richmond area are opening their doors for free on Fridays to encourage people to come out and start more active, healthier lifestyles.
