Students get a head start on managing personal finances

Posted

RICHMOND, Va - Daphne Walker, President of Junior Achievement of Central Virginia, stopped by the studio to give us a sneak peek into the All-New JA Finance Park program. This teacher-led classroom curriculum focused on personal financial literacy and work-readiness skills is followed by a one-day simulation experience. Each student is given a persona affecting the decisions they will make regarding budgeting during the simulation. The event will take place at the Capital One/JA Finance Park facility.
