Man charged with sex crimes against boys inside Henrico Walmart

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- A 21-year-old Henrico man was arrested and charged with two sex offenses after an incident inside Walmart, according to Henrico Police. Jessy Daniel Babbitt, 21, exposed himself to two boys in the aisle of the Walmart at 7901 Brook Road, police said.

Police have not released the victims' ages.

Babbitt was charged with two counts of Indecent Liberties with a child under the age of 15.

Babbitt left the Walmart after the September 24 incident, police said. He was arrested the next night, according to an online arrest record.

Police have not yet said how they tracked Babbitt down to make the arrest.

Babbitt is listed as "homeless" in the Henrico Police online arrest record.

Police called the investigation into this incident "on-going at this time."
