RICHMOND, Va. — Guardrail repairs along College Rd. near the University of Richmond Robins Center South Entrance, Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness and Pitt Baseball Field will take place through the beginning of October. Expect alternating lane closures and a temporary traffic signal to be installed to help ease congestion in the area.
