TROY, Missouri — A 17-year-old boy has come forward to claim he had a sexual relationship with the 37-year-old principal at a Missouri elementary school. Phillip G. Brock, who was also a youth soccer coach, was arrested and charged with sexual abuse after the teen handed police cell phone video and text messages that supported his claim, according to a report on Fox2Now.
The teenager said the sexual contact started back in May and ended in September. Brock was charged with 10 counts of Sexual Contact with a Student. The school system placed him on administrative leave pending the outcome of this case.
Police have asked parents to come forward if they believed their child had inappropriate contact with Brock.
