Here’s why you are stuck in traffic on I-95 S at mile marker 58

CHESTERFIELD, Va. – The right and left lanes are closed on Interstate 95 South at Woods Edge Road due to a crash.
That’s at mile marker 58.
The center lane remains open. There is currently a two- mile backup. Traffic can be seen backed up at Ruffin Mill Road.
Expect delays.
