RICHMOND, Va - Leslie Greene Bowman, President of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, Inc., invites you to the 8th Annual Heritage Harvest Festival at Monticello. This event will celebrate the harvest and the legacy of revolutionary gardener Thomas Jefferson, the “Founding Foodie,” who championed vegetable cuisine, plant experimentation, and sustainable agriculture. The Festival is Saturday, September 13th on the West Lawn of Jefferson’s Monticello from 9am to 6pm. There are pre-festival programs September 11th and 12th.
