SHOREWOOD, Minn. -- A Minnesota man has used a 3-D printer to build a 12-foot castle.

Andrew Rudenko, who is a contractor, designed the castle and built it using concrete layers printed by a 3-D printer.

He began by printing the castle wall layers, and then printed pieces of the turrets.

"It was my dream to build a castle someday," Rudenko said.

Motivated by his success, Rudenko is now thinking bigger -- printing something to live in.

"Someday, I can print a house in like, a couple months," Rudenko said.
