Gunman hits Richmond gas station

RICHMOND, Va. — Police are looking for the man who robbed a Richmond gas station at gunpoint Monday afternoon. The man walked into the the Shell station at 6332 Jahnke Road at about 4:38 p.m. Monday, robbed the business and ran away.

“The suspect is described as a black male between age 20 and 25, 5’9” and weighing approximately 150 pounds,” Richmond Police wrote in an email. “Detectives ask anyone with any information about this man’s identity to call Richmond Police Detective Jack Larry at (804) 646-1647 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.”
