Massive grouper fish devours 4-foot shark in just one bite

A video posted to YouTube shows a Goliath grouper devouring a shark in a single bite off the coast of Florida.

The user who posted the video says the grouper was circling the black tip shark before it snatched it up.

The Goliath grouper is the largest of the Atlantic groupers. The fish can grow up to 800 pounds, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

The conservation group also states that the Goliath grouper are prohibited species, therefore any caught must be immediately returned to the water, to ensure its continued health.
