RICHMOND, Va. — Expect delays in Dinwiddie due to the southbound lanes of Boydton Plank Rd. bridge closed between Nash Rd. and Gatewood Rd. for repairs. Follow the detour signs in place. The bridge is expected to reopen 7 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29th.
