CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- The woman accused of assaulting the wife of a state delegate now faces felony charges.

WCAV reports that a grand jury indicted Claire Ogilvie on charges of malicious wounding, abduction and breaking and entering.

Police said the former high school teacher broke into the Charlottesville home of state delegate David Toscano in February and attacked his wife, Nancy.

The Toscanos said they met Ogilvie during a semester at sea voyage in 2010, but cut ties with her in 2012 after she developed "an unsettling interest" in the family.

Ogilvie is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 17.
