RICHMOND, Va. — Crews will continue work on two bridge improvement projects along the Benjamin Harrison Bridge. Expect alternating lane closures and delays of up to ten minutes as a pilot car guides traffic. Flaggers will be on scene directing traffic in and out of the area.
