GREER, South Carolina — A Greer dachshund who was attacked by neighborhood dogs received a new wheelchair to help him get around. Noah was taken in by “Abby’s Angels” and he lives in Greer with his foster family, the Remetas.
After the Remetas petitioned people via a GoFundMe campaign, they were able to raise enough money to buy the wheelchair.
Noah’s back leg was severely injured in the attack, and the Remetas said he now has more mobility with the new wheels.
“They’re wonderful, they give him so much range of movement that he just didn’t have before,” Jennifer Remeta said.
Abby’s Angels has already received several requests for people wanting to adopt Noah.
