The folks of Chester’s Mill have been trapped “Under The Dome,” but in the coming weeks some will get out.

“Someone, maybe multiple people, might be getting out of the dome,” Alexander Koch (Junior) told Access Hollywood at Comic-Con, in San Diego. “It could very well happen. Next couple of episodes.”

But, castmate Mike Vogel (Barbie) was a little more forthcoming, teasing how some of the cast could escape.

“I think we find a way to get out and explore the world outside the dome through an interesting device,” Mike said. “That’s coming up in a couple episodes and I think people [will] get a kick out of it. [It] adds a good flavor to a show.”

The mystery of the Dome has been explored slowly throughout the show’s first and now second season, and Alexander said there will be a new facet that should add to viewers’ knowledge of the covering, in the weeks ahead.

“In the next couple episodes, we start to see this certain government-run business that starts to have maybe some connections… more than I can talk about,” he teased.

The cast had just a few hints to share because, they said, they like to keep up the suspense.

“We don’t want to ruin it either,” Colin Ford (Joe) said. “It’s like our audience wants to be surprised. They don’t want to know it happens before it happens.”

“Under The Dome” airs Mondays at 10 p.m. on CBS.
