RICHMOND, Va. – A water main break has shutdown the 1000 block of West Franklin Street between N. Harrison and West Grace Streets Friday morning.

Neither cars nor pedestrians are allowed to travel that stretch of road on VCU campus.

The cause of the break is under investigation.

This is a developing story.

Is there a protest yet about it? Oh wait, VCU Art students are still at home for break. Complaining to their parents about how they hate their live and wish they had different parents and how they learned at school what life REALLY is all about and how they won’t go to dinner at the country club because that’s “what’s wrong with the world”.

Also how they want to live in an apartment this year because there are too many “sheeple” in the dorms.
