RICHMOND, Va. -- Volunteers in Richmond are sending care packages to American soldiers stationed overseas.
The group is doing so in memory of honor of Rodney Roane Jr., a Henrico soldier who was killed in an accident in October.
The group of volunteers, including his friends, plans to send their care packages to a platoon in Germany called the Guardian Eagles.
