CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. - "Our family needs her back. My nephew needs her back."

Zulma Pabon's sister made an emotional plea Monday, more than a month after Zulma was last seen.

"I am asking just for help to just find her," Pabon's sister Yalitza Soba said. "I know somebody knows something."

Pabon, who turned 27 on Sunday, was last seen June 6. She was reported missing several days later when she failed to show up for work at St. Francis Hospital.

Police said Pabon shared a home with John Gibbs II, the father of her child. Gibbs is not cooperating in the investigation, police said.

Police announced a new timeline of events last Friday that showed Gibbs returning alone to the couple's home the morning after Pabon disappeared.

"I have spoken to him once," Soba said about her interactions with Gibbs since Pabon's disappearance. "There was pretty much nothing, pretty much from there."

Pabon was last seen leaving work at St. Francis Medical Center. She is a nurse at the hospital.  Pabon’s Nissan was located about 10 days after her disappearance.

The car was found in the Greenleigh Mobile Home Park off Jeff Davis Highway, some 16 miles from Pabon’s Midlothian home. There was no sign of Pabon.

“Police are asking anyone who was in the area of Commonwealth Center Parkway between the morning of Saturday, June 7, and the afternoon of Sunday, June 8, and may have seen Pabon’s vehicle to contact police immediately,” police said. “Investigators are also asking anyone who was in the area of Greenleigh Mobile Home Park on Saturday, June 7, or Sunday, June 8, and may have seen Pabon’s vehicle being parked, driven or towed to call police immediately.”

Pabon is described as a Hispanic female, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
