Henrico holding anti-smoking meetings

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — The Henrico County Health Department is hosting four meetings in July to help smokers kick the habit.

The meetings will feature public health officials, who will be discussing the effects of firsthand, secondhand and thirdhand smoke on smokers and nonsmokers. They will also be providing information on how to quick smoking. The meetings are free and open to the public.

The meetings will take place from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m.

  • Wednesday, July 30 at Twin Hickory Area Library
