NEW YORK — A man who was caught on camera sleeping at a game at Yankees Stadium is suing.

New York Post reports that Andrew Robert Rector filed a $10 million defamation suit against ESPN announcers, Dan Shulman and John Kruk.

He claims they unleashed an “avalanche of disparaging words” against him that include “stupor, fatty, unintelligent, stupid.” ESPN declined to discuss the suit, according to the New York Post.

Rector admits falling asleep for a brief amount of time at the April 13 game between the Bronx Bombers and the Boston Red Sox.

The MLB posted a video on its YouTube page, titled: “Fan sleeps in stands during game vs. Red Sox.” You can see that video above.
