HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – A Henrico woman was arrested and charged with Drunk in Public and Indecent Exposure following an incident Monday evening by the railroad tracks near Mountain Road in Glen Allen.
Police said Lauren Elizabeth Winchester, 23, was with a group of people trespassing on CSX Transportation Property.
“Upon further investigation it was determined that Ms. Winchester was intoxicated, exposed herself at the cars near the railroad tracks and to the arresting officer at the jail,” police said.
Winchester was arrested about 5 p.m.
