CountryFest goes back to the country

K95 is taking CountryFest back to the country – in Meadow Event Park, Doswell, Saturday, June 28.  The gates will open at 11am and the music starts at noon. Country Music fans are in for eight hours of music on two stages with country music recording artists Travis Tritt, Greg Bates, Sam Hunt, Lindsay Eli, Frankie Ballard and the Honky Tonk Heroes, voted Best Richmond Country Band in Style Weekly and the Alex Hilton Band.

Although music is the highlight of CountryFest, the day long event includes bull riding, barrel racing and mutton bustin’, the CountryFest Playground with activities for children and adults, country-themed shopping, food and other activities.  Music plays until 8pm, rodeo from 8 – 10pm.

Tickets are $25 online through June 26th, 5pm,  they will be $35 after. Meadow Event Park is off I-95, Exit 98 in Doswell. For more details http://www.K95CountryFest.com or Facebook K95CountryFest.
