STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. – Sheriff’s deputies used a Taser to subdue a naked man they found screaming and cursing outside a Stafford County home. Travis Andrew Cooke, 20, was charged with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and resisting arrest, according to a report on Fredericksburg.com.
Cooke was wearing clothes when he showed up at the Mountain View Road just after 6 a.m. Sunday. The people at the home said they knew Cooke, but had not seen him in months.
When Cooke began to scream and break things inside the home, a person at the house called 911. That person told deputies they believed Cooke was under the influence of drugs.
When deputies arrived, Cooke was outside the house, naked and yelling. Deputies used a Taser to control Cooke.
He was taken to the hospital to be check out and later taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail.
