Three displaced after Chesterfield house fire

CHESTERFIELD, Va.- Three adults have been displaced after a fire destroyed a Chesterfield home Friday night.

According to Chesterfield Fire & EMS crews received a call  for a house fire at 11:24p.m. located on the 10500 block of Reedy Branch Road.

Crews arrived and found heavy fire in the rear of the house.

Firefighters were able to knock down the fire quickly, and had the fire under control by 11:53pm

No injuries were reported.

Fire is still under investigation but appears to have started in the kitchen.

The red cross has been called to assist.
