RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Officials are bracing for heavy traffic near the VCU campus over the next two weeks. Congestion picks up today with graduations scheduled for 10 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 7 p.m . Allow extra time for traveling and parking.
