CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — A Chesterfield couple was arrested and charged with DUI and child endangerment after a May 22 traffic stop.
Shannon Kubler, 23, was charged with DWI and child abuse and neglect. Her five-year-old son was in the car at the time of her arrest.
Her husband Vincent Kubler, 29, was also charged with DWI and child abuse and neglect.
Officers also discovered marijuana and a gun in Vincent’s car.
He was also charged with firearms and drug crimes.
The child is now in a relative’s care.
