CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Police have arrested a man accused of using a cell phone to record video of a woman inside a Target dressing room. Rasean D. Lane, 23, of Hopewell, is charged with unlawful filming.
He was arrested May 26, less than two weeks after police released a security camera photo to the media. The incident happened April 1 at the Target on Weir Road.
"The victim was in a fitting room when she saw a hand holding a cell phone under the stall door," police said about the incident. "She opened the stall door and confronted the suspect, who walked away and exited the store."
