Central Virginia Wine Festival is Saturday, May 10th, 12pm – 6pm at the SnagAJob Pavilion, 4901 Lake Brook Drive at Innsbrook. Mother’s Day at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. The Garden is open Saturday, May 10, 10am – 4pm with the Butterflies LIVE! Exhibit, and participants can help weave a Maypole, hula hoop and chase bubbles. and Sunday May 11, the popular Mother’s Day concert featuring Glenroy Bailey & Co will perform from 1 – 4pm, food will be available for purchase and guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs but no outside food.
