RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Speed limits will be reduced along Interstate 64 in both directions between Staples Mill Rd. to mile marker 171 in Goochland. Crews will be setting up barriers and signage for the widening project between Ashland Rd. and Pouncey Tract Rd.
