Richmond, VA (WTVR) — Since Monday, rainfall totals from this latest storm have ranged mostly from one to four inches across our viewing area. Isolated higher totals occurred in some locations. This has caused many of the area rivers to flood. Some rivers will not crest and fall below flood stage until this weekend.
