Celebrate Earth Day & Arbor Day with ‘Project Plant It!’

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Dominion's 'Project Plant It!' has distributed more than 100,000 tree seedlings to  elementary students teaching them how to plant trees improving the environment.
