RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Expect delays in Henrico along Interstate 95 between Brook Rd. and Parham Rd. for bridge work from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. In Richmond, traffic will be reduced to one lane between Belvidere and Boulevard for milling and paving from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
