RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Dominion Virginia Power crews will be out pulling lines across Interstate 295 between Woodman Rd. and Staples Mill Rd. from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect speeds to decrease and watch for temporary traffic to stop.
Traffic will be down to one travel lane overnight along I-95 in both directions starting at 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. between Boulevard to Belvidere St.
