RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) --Three people were shot at the intersection of 20th Street and Dinwiddie Avenue on March 31st. One of the victims, Kiarri Edwards, 34, was killed.

Police are still searching for Kiarri's shooter. Witnesses say that the shooting did not appear to be random.

A block of Dinwiddie Avenue was closed off Sunday evening as friends and family in the community came together to remember Kiarri, who was often called "Kee-Kee" by his loved ones.

Kiarri was a father to four daughters. His family weeps along with the community who knew him so well.

"No one can cope because this happened to someone such as my brother, Kiarri Edwards. He did not deserve this at all... he was a father, he was a brother, he was a nephew..he was a son to many..and it hurts."

Edwards was shot only days after his 34th birthday in front of his home.
