WASHINGTON (WTVR) -- A ground search for missing 8-year-old Relisha Rudd will resume Monday after dive crews spent much of the weekend searching a Washington park for the girl.

Relisha was last seen on March 1 and her suspected abductor, Khalil Tatum, has still not been located.

Officials believe he may have had contact with other young girls at the D.C. General homeless shelter where Rudd's family stayed.

However, police said Tatum was seen buying a shovel, lime and garbage bags on March 2 before spending several hours at Kenilworth Park.

WUSA reports that police investigated a room at a Days Inn motel in the city on Friday.

Prior to that  search, authorities have had lookouts in the Richmond area after the RPD said they spotted Tatum’s pick up truck in the Metro area last Thursday.

According to FBI sources, CBS 6 has learned that calls were made from Tatum’s cell phone in the Gilpin Court area of the city.
