HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - The Nuckols Rd. ramps on Interstate 295 in Glen Allen have reopened following an icy morning. The ramps were closed before sunrise Wednesday so they could be treated for icy conditions, according to VDOT.
Police responded to several ice-related accidents along that stretch of interstate Wednesday morning.
