HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Officials think a 24-year-old man wanted for stealing guns and not showing up in court may be hiding out in Richmond.

The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office said Alexander Bryan Dyer is wanted in connection with a 2012 break-in where multiple guns were stolen from a home in the 13000 block of Verdon Road.

Dyer is wanted on possession of a stolen firearm, failure to appear in court, and contempt of court charges.

Dyer is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Deputies think Dyer is living in the Richmond area and said he is known to frequent Shockoe Bottom.
