While no football coaches are hired on NFL Black Monday, one infamous quarterback known as Tim Tebow announced he had taken a new position, as an SEC analyst with ESPN.

The sports network said Tebow agreed to a multi-year deal to join ESPN as an college football analyst for the SEC Network.

The former quarterback tweeted about his excitement on Monday.

ESPN said Tebow’s primary role with the network will be as an analyst for “SEC Nation,” but he will also contribute to other platforms including “SportsCenter.”

He will make his debut on Jan. 6 during ESPN’s BCS Championship pregame coverage.

ESPN said his new role will not prevent him from continuing to try and find a position in the NFL.
