CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police arrested a juvenile in connection to the robbery and carjacking of a Virginia State University student, the VSU spokesman announced.
“The juvenile, who is not a VSU student, is being held in the Chesterfield County Juvenile Detention Center. His identity is being withheld because of his age,” VSU spokesman Tom Reed said in an email. “The investigation, led by the VSU Police, reveals that other non-student juveniles are involved. More arrests are forthcoming.”
The suspects were wanted for a carjacking on the Virginia State University campus Monday night.
No one was injured in the crime.
