GLEN ALLEN, Va. (WTVR) – A Far West End veterinary hospital is working to find the owner of two thin and hungry dogs.

A woman spotted the dogs Friday near the intersection of Ashland and Pouncey Tract Rds. – near where Henrico, Hanover and Goochland Counties meet.

The dogs, one male and one female, were thin, but healthy, according to Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital patient care coordinator Kris Sadler.

When no one claimed the dogs, Sadler said a co-worker took them home to care for the animals. She feared turning the dogs over to animal control could lead to their demise, if no one claimed them.

Now the folks at Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital are actively seeking the dogs’ owners.
