WAYNESBORO, Ga. (Fox8) – A Georgia city is getting specific about its Halloween protocol. According to the website for Waynesboro, only children ages 12 and under are permitted to trick-or-treat.
Furthermore, they must also be in costume and accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult. That parent, guardian or adult must be at least 21 years of age.
And don’t plan on staying out all night!
The website states trick-or-treating will end at 8 p.m.
