ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WESH) – “You’re high right now?” a man recording the teenage driver asked moments after a deadly accident. “Yes sir,” a groggy Anthony Moffa replied.
Moments earlier, Florida police said the 18-year-old Moffa, high on synthetic marijuana, drove into and killed a man on a bicycle.
