RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Richmond welcomes the brand new ‘Boulevard Pumpkin Festival’! James Crenshaw of the host organization, "Experience RVA" joins us this morning, Andrew Labonte, Chris Staples, general manager of Fat Dragon restaurant filled us in on all the food and fun. The Boulevard Pumpkin Festival is Saturday, October 26th from 12pm to 6pm on the Boulevard. The street will be closed from West Marshall to Leigh streets to accommodate the festivities.
