RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society is dedicated to finding funding for blood cancer research, and providing education and patient services. On Saturday, October 26th at 5PM they are hosting their annual “Light The Night Walk”, an evening filled with inspiration, and support from a caring community. Emily Thurston, a Senior Campaign Manager with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, along with Maria Curran, the Chief Human Resources Officer with VCU Health Systems,  stop by to share about this uplifting event.The walk is taking place at the Virginia Historical Society, located at 428 North Boulevard in Richmond.
