HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A Henrico dad faces three counts of felony child neglect and one count of driving under the influence, according to police.

Monday afternoon officers responded to a two-car accident at the intersection of Ridge Road, near Parham Road. An officer at the scene determined Dau Reng Lual, 30, was intoxicated.

Police said Lual’s three children, a six-year old and two eight-year olds, were not secured in child safety seats.

Police said that no injuries were reported. The driving under the influence charge is Lual’s second DUI offense, police said. Police wrote up his Blood Alcohol Content .15-.20 —  almost two times the allowed limit.
