RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Drivers can expect significant delays Interstate 95 in Richmond starting Friday at 8 p.m. through Monday at 6 a.m. as VDOT crews continue their bridge replacement project over Lombardy St. Traffic will be down to one travel in each direction at Lombardy St. causing merging delays near the I-64 east interchange and the I-64 west interchange (Bryan Park). Drivers are encouraged to use I-295 or other alternate routes. Plan to increase your travel time by 20-30 minutes.
