RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Stephen Brandt is a designer and animator who has shared his talents with ShowTime, PBS, and Turner Entertainment Networks. His Kickstarter fundraiser is underway as he's trying to fund a locally feature length animated film here in the River City.
